AmbraPiano specializes in premium piano restoration and global cross-border export. We provide standardized professional packaging, one-stop sea freight, customs assistance and full after-sales service. Every order follows unified processing rules to ensure safe and timely delivery worldwide.
1. Order Processing TimeAfter payment confirmed, we complete final inspection, tuning and professional packing within ''1–3 working days''. Delivery may be delayed 1–2 days during holidays and peak seasons. Each piano is recorded with real photos and inspection videos before shipment.
2. International Shipping MethodWe offer two reliable shipping solutions:
- FCL Full Container Load: For bulk orders and piano store partners
- LCL Less Container Load: For individual buyers and small-batch orders
We cooperate with professional musical instrument forwarders, covering major global ports with port-to-port and door-to-door options.
3. Professional Export PackagingEvery piano is packed with ''solid wooden frame, shockproof foam and moisture-proof sealing'', fully adapted to long-distance ocean transportation, preventing collision, dampness and movement during transit.
4. Shipping Cost & DeliveryInternational freight is calculated based on destination port, piano size and weight. All freight quotes are clear without hidden charges. Import duty, tax and local clearance fees are not included, which shall be borne by the buyer according to local regulations.
5. Customs & Duty NoticeWe provide complete export documents, origin statement and grading certification to support smooth customs clearance. Any delay or extra cost caused by local customs policy shall be subject to local rules; our team will fully assist with document support.
6. Damage & Claim PolicyEvery piano is strictly inspected and video-recorded before shipping. Please inspect the package on arrival. If any damage occurs, we support insurance claim process with photos and unboxing videos, and provide maintenance, replacement or negotiated solutions.
7. After-sales WarrantyRestored pianos come with basic craftsmanship warranty. We provide remote technical guidance and spare part support for non-artificial faults. Custom rebuilt pianos follow the agreed warranty terms of the order.
8. Order Change & CancellationOnce packed or shipped, order cancellation is not available without reasonable cause. Any address or shipping method change must be applied in writing before shipment. Extra cost caused by modification after departure shall be borne by the buyer.
